10-Week Sessions

Ages 12-16

Tuesday and Thursday from 2:30pm-3:30pm*

*Summer Session from 10:00am-11:00am

  • Spring Session 2024: April 2 - June 6

  • Summer Session 2024: June 18 - August 22

  • Fall Session 2024: September 17 - November 21

 

What we do…

Our Teen’s Program teaches the basics of lifting weights, gymnastic style movements, and the importance of a good work ethic. We focus on movement quality over loads and intensity, and are looking to build a good foundation for future growth in sport and exercise. Most youth in this age group need to LEARN to move properly and develop the motor skills necessary for athletic growth in their late teens.
